- 30 Minutes of Off Ice Training
- Age Appropriate Strength Training
- Off Ice Stick handling and Shooting Work
- 60 Minutes of On Ice Training
- 30 Minutes Power Skating
- 30 Minutes Skill Work
- 30 Minutes of Off Ice Training
Cost: $25.00/ skate, or $350.00 for all Summer Sessions (2 FREE Sessions)
