The Lansing Senators follow USA Hockey's ADM "American Development Model" for all kids ages 8 and under. We believe, as USA Hockey believes, that our kids will only get better by touching the puck more, touching the ice more, and working on their skills. The certified coaches run station-based practices, by breaking the kids up into small groups there is very little standing around and very little wasted time. All games will be played cross-ice giving all the kids, not just the fastest ones, an opportunity to handle the puck, shoot, and score. Please visit www.usahockey.com for any further questions about the ADM.
